Key Resources to Control GxP Content in Office 365

January 23, 2020 @ 10AM EST | 7AM PST | 4PM CET

Office 365 must be configured in a way that reflects your current business and operational GxP processes. The possibilities to design your environment exactly as needed are almost endless – you can toggle and customize audit log, time zone and data residency, and versioning settings, as well as security groups, custom permission levels, and more.

Automated provisioning tools such as PowerShell and monitoring tools can help you manage and control the configuration of the GxP processes you have within SharePoint Online. During the webinar, we share how you can use PowerShell to extract the current configuration of key system settings and compare them with specifications at various levels.

With ongoing configuration, testing, and governance, your Office 365 system will operate consistently to meet regulatory requirements.

During the webinar, you will learn:

  • Must-have features of Office 365 (audit log, version history, retention, labeling, security)
  • Key capabilities of PowerShell for configuration
  • Building block approach to validating key features of Office 365
